"I bought #1 and #2 as I'm not a foundation wearer on a regular basis and that is because I can never match my skin tone. I'm of Italian descent but I'm very light skinned with an olive undertone. It's super hard to match. For me, I get the best result when I mix this with my oil-free gel moisturizer or my mattifying moisturize by (both MK), or my Jasmine Milk from Pacifica Beauty. Alone, it is too shiny and didn't quite look natural (I looked too pale). But mixed with a non-greasy moisturizer or a light serum, this is beautiful. I put a strip of each color on my hand and mix it with one of the other products I mentioned above. One thing I like about it is I can use it as a concealer around my nostrils and it works really well as an eye-primer for eye makeup. Overall, I like this product. I simply feel it works best for me when i mix it with an oil-free/mattifying moisturizer or with a light serum."

"I was really looking forward to trying this foundation since I heard so many people raving about it. However, my first attempt didn’t go well at all — my skin looked super dry and uneven. It was totally my fault though; I had just washed my face and didn’t put on any moisturizer, so my skin was in rough shape. After washing my face again and applying a good moisturizer, I gave the foundation another shot. This time it worked much better! The finish looked much smoother and more natural. All in all, it’s a solid product as long as you prep your skin well and choose the right shade. I’ll definitely be getting a darker shade next time."
