6 Reasons Why 55,000+ Women Are Pissed Off They Bought This Roll-On

Okay, let me save you some money.

I really wanted to hate this roll-on. I'd been burned enough times by viral beauty hacks that I went in fully expecting another wasted forty bucks.

And honestly? There are a few things about it I have a real problem with. Six of them, actually. So before you order it, hear me out.

Reason 1

It Kind Of Ruins Your Nightly Routine

Here's the thing nobody warns you about.

You've got the routine down. The Q-tips, the disposable spoolie brushes, the giant sticky jar of castor oil, washing your hands three times to get the grease off, and trying not to smear it all over your pillowcase.

Then you start using this and it just… rolls on.

Suddenly you're not dealing with a sticky mess, and it literally takes two seconds.

One night you realize you've got this extra time before bed and zero cleanup to do. After all those years of struggling with heavy oils, it's a weird adjustment.

Reason 2

It Doesn't Work Like Anything Else You've Tried

This was the part I didn't get at first.

You already know how it normally goes. You scoop heavy oil out of a tub, it sits on top of your skin feeling thick and greasy, and you just accept that's what castor oil is.

But most of what's in those tubs isn't doing much. A lot of them are cut with water and fillers, so you're paying for volume that evaporates by morning. Bloom has no water in it at all. It's cold-pressed, hexane-free organic castor oil with rosehip and vitamin E, and that's the part that actually matters for your lashes.

Then there's the rollerball itself. It's real Rose Quartz, not plastic. The stone stays cold on its own, so applying it in the morning feels like running a cold spoon under your eyes. Your skin looks less puffy, and you're not tugging at the thinnest skin on your face to get there.

Once that started happening, I kind of ran out of things to complain about, which was annoying in its own way.

Reason 3

It Makes Your Old Lash Serum & Eye Cream Bills A Little Painful To Think About

Let's talk about the money for a second.

Maybe you dropped hundreds of dollars on chemical lash serums that stung your eyes and barely did anything. Maybe it's years of buying expensive under-eye creams that promise to fix fine lines but just sit on the surface. For a lot of us it's both, and neither one really fixed it.

So when a $39.99 roll-on does what all that money couldn't, it's a little hard to sit with. Nobody loves being reminded they overpaid, and rolling this on every morning is a pretty constant reminder.

Reason 4

It Doesn't Only Boost Hair Growth, It Actually Helps Your Skin

This part almost felt like overkill. Most of us just wanted something for sparse brows and stubby lashes.

It could have been pure castor oil and left it there. Instead they added Rosehip Extract, Vitamin E, and Glycerin. So a few weeks in, your lashes look fuller and darker, but your under-eyes look brighter too, and the dry patches stop showing up.

I bought it for my lashes. I didn't expect to stop needing my eye cream.

On timing: lashes and brows work on an 8-to-12 week cycle, so this isn't an overnight thing. Most people notice the skin first, usually within a couple of weeks, and the lashes somewhere in month two.

Reason 5

It's Almost Too Easy, And You Can Use It Anywhere

I kept waiting for the catch on this one.

No sticky jars. No messy wands. No heavy creams that break you out.

You just glide it on, it takes a few seconds, and you get on with your day. And it's not picky about where: your lash line, your eyebrows, your under-eyes, dry patches, or even your cuticles on the go. It felt too simple to actually be doing anything, because I'd been trained to believe that heavy-duty hydration was supposed to be a hassle. Turns out that's not always true.

The Stuff I Actually Wanted To Know First

Before I bought it, these were my questions. Putting them here so you don't have to go digging.

Is it safe that close to my eyes? It's designed for the lash line and under-eye area, so yes — but it goes on the lash line, not in your eye. If you get some in there it'll blur for a minute and then it's fine.

Contact lenses? Take them out first, or apply at night. Same as you'd do with any oil.

Lash extensions? Oils break down extension adhesive. Wait until yours are off.

Pregnant or nursing? Castor oil is one where people have opinions. Ask your doctor first.

Will it sting? It shouldn't. If it does, stop. You may be reacting to one of the botanicals.

How long before I see anything? Skin, a couple of weeks. Lashes and brows, closer to two months. Which is exactly why the 3-pack exists.

Reason 6

The Guarantee Takes Away Your Last Excuse Not To Try It

And this was the one that finally got me.

I wanted to keep my guard up, because every other lash product before this one made big promises and left me with an empty bottle and the same problem. Being skeptical is how you protect yourself.

But it comes with a 30-Day Happiness Promise, and it's simple: if you don't love it, email them within 30 days and they'll make it right with a replacement.

Which kind of means the only real risk left is staying exactly where you are with thin brows and tired eyes. That was the one excuse I couldn't argue my way out of.

So Here's the Honest Truth

It's not a scam.

It's just the first thing in a long time that actually did what it said: castor oil that works without the sticky nightmare, and didn't cost a fortune to do it.

The only things it really takes away are the messy fingers, the morning puffiness, the sparse lashes, and that quiet voice telling you this is just how your skin and brows are always going to be.

If you're okay letting go of those, here's where it lands:

STFOCE Organic rose quartz Castor oil roller

I have been using this organic Castor oil rose quartz roller a few days per week with my vibration plate routine, on my face and neck area, specifically targeting certain areas to see if I notice a difference in my skin and I definitely do. I have been using Castor oil for awhile now, but having it in a roller ball is awesome! easier to use and apply! The texture is exactly what you would think if you have ever used it, if not, it's a bit weird of a feeling at first, the texture is a bit thick, and it isn't greasy, but feel like you are if that makes sense, it is definitely a feeling or texture that some people would not care for, but believe me Castor oil is amazing for you! The roller glides nicely across your skin. Made of 95% organic materials, not sure what isn't organic but apparently something is. Easy to use, on any part ofthe body, if using in multiple locations make sure areas are clean so you are not spreading any germs or dirt for one body location to another say using on your legs then face. I will order another most likely to use on my legs and arms. Little smell compared to some other brands I have used in the past. So far I am very pleased with this rose quart roller *which helps if you put it in the fridge or freezer for a bit if you are trying to cool down your face in the process, adds a nice extra cooling feature. Effective and in a nice ambver bottle, can easily remove the label to keep and resue.

Quality made roller-ball with rose quartz ball.

Why did it take someone this long to put castor oil in a roll-on bottle? Seriously, this is one of those “why didn’t I think of that?” ideas. I’ve always loved castor oil, but carrying around a bottle can be messy and inconvenient. This makes it so easy to toss in my travel bag and apply before bed without ending up with oily hands. I use it on my eyebrows, eyelashes, and other delicate areas of my face, and the rose quartz roller glides on so smoothly and gently. The bottle itself also feels surprisingly substantial and well made, giving it a much more luxurious feel than I expected. I love being able to control the amount, too—a quick pass gives a light layer, while a few extra swipes build it up without making a mess. I also really appreciate that this vendor prints the shelf life right on the bottle. Nearly three years is impressive, although I’m pretty sure I’ll use mine long before then! I also like that the brand shares that the product is vegan and made with thoughtfully sourced ingredients. Overall, it’s convenient, well made, and honestly just a much smarter way to use castor oil on facial areas.

Excellent quality and easy to apply

This organic castor oil is packaged in an amber glass bottle with a rose quartz roller ball. It is USDA certified organic and 3rd party tested. The application is so easy, and the rose quartz roller applies just a thin layer of oil, so no need for a patch or covering. It feels so luxurious to apply this oil. I had some itching chigger bites on my stomach that I used it on, and it was very effective in relieving some of the itch. It is fresh and smells clean and pure. This is an excellent quality product that I would recommend.

A decent chemical-free, cold-pressed castor oil that’s easy to apply with a quartz roll-on …

Castor oil is one product I have on hand all the time. When I have larger bottles, it’s great for use as a carrier oil. Castor oil is an excellent skincare and hair product. I have an annoying dry patch on the side of my face that I use it on. The only problem is that when I have a large bottle, it’s hard to apply it. I also tend to forget to apply it. Because this bottle is amber and sealed, I was assured it was a fresh oil. If not stored properly, the oil can become rancid. What I liked was the fact that this is a roll-on with a rose quartz applicator. Whenever I’ve tried castor oil on dry patches, skin improvement is almost instantaneous. The quartz made the application feel cool and quite pleasant. For a change, it was easy to treat that dry spot. According to Healthline, there are many uses for castor oil, which I’ve listed below. I’m quite pleased with the quality of the oil. There’s a full 2.02-ounce (60mL) bottle, which will last for some time because it doesn’t take much. There’s no USDA Organic certification so organic claims are iffy at best. USES FOR CASTOR OIL: 1. A powerful laxative 2. A natural moisturizer 3. Promotes wound healing 4. Impressive anti-inflammatory effects 5. Reduces acne 6. Fights fungus 7. Keeps your hair and scalp healthy CERTIFICATIONS: None listed.

Great design

Beautiful design and easy application. Mess free! The bottle isn't filled all the way to the top though, seems to have a fill line that's much less than I would assume based on the size of the container. There's not much of a scent to speak of and though your skin is tacky for a while after application, leaving it covered keeps it from transferring to other areas while waiting for it to absorb into the skin.
